“The Knoxville Charm was far from an oasis. The home was located in a fantastic location- it was about 7 minutes from downtown and Neyland Stadium. The beds were comfy, but I bleached everything I took as soon as I returned home. The home was dirty, with holes in the walls, all cabinets were falling of the hinges, and it felt like a rush job done on an abandoned home.
