Breakfast was good but disappointing to have to pay for fresh coffee. The coffee in the table flasks was not the best. Overall hotel is nice and I have stayed here many times but could do with a few tweaks here and there.”

“We stayed in this property for 5 days (December 11 to 16). On checking out, we asked for the total fee for our parking our vehicle for the 5 nights. We were told it costs £8 a night and to pay using the machine at the gate. We did. We paid £40 for the 5 nights. We got home, and received a £60 "fine" for parking at this hotel, even though we paid, we have the receipt and it shows in our credit card. We got another £60 admin fee charged by our car rental company to our card for this same...
