ā€œIt was extremely clean and comfy despite It being a dog friendly hotel. My significant other, dog and I were greeted with the nicest customer service you could ask for. The hotel was being worked on -> directly outside our room<- during our stay, however, we didn't even notice as the employees were so quiet and polite. This is definitely a hotel I will revisit. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing our meals when we didn't go to Gaylord for supper. It was a nice comfortable place to relax at after we spent the day cross country skiing and hiking. ā€œThe group had a great time at the house. We had never been to Gaylord before and it was very good experience. We had a lot of space a for two families traveling together. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The backyard grill was great. There were Kayaks on site but we didn't have time to use them. There was extra soaps on hand if you need them too. Pretty much every chain restaurant and Meijer is up there. A small downside was if people (our wild children) are roaming around...

ā€œWe needed a place to relax after a day of snowmobiling in Gaylord and this home fit the bill perfectly. Spacious and charming it was like we were time-warped back to the 50's/60's. The original cabin, along with the addition, allowed the four of us plenty of room for sleeping and lounging. It was a pleasure to meet the owner and get the history of the property. Host was awesome and always responded to my messages and went out of her way to make the stay even more fun and spooky for me. Would definitely stay again but definitely not for everyone, as it is very rustic and best suited for smaller groups or solo.ā€
