“The grounds were so overrun, that at first, we thought that we had the address of an abandoned place. The manager warned us that there was little WiFi in the general area, so we asked her to send us the door code of the cabin a few hours before we were to arrive. She did not do so, so we had to stop in a town, get WiFi and remind her, with less than one hour to go, that she hadn’t yet sent the code. This was nerve racking. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. “This cabin was more than I could have hoped for. It’s comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. It’s very convenient to Hwy. 9 and not far from Breckenridge. We loved exploring all that Alma and Fairplay had to offer - 2 towns we probably would have never explored if we were staying in Breckenridge. We hope to stay here again!”
