The knob on the bedroom baseboard heater control was broken and a throw-blanket draped the baseboard behind the sofa. Glad we caught it. The TV's would not stay connected due to wifi signal issues. “10 minutes before check in we were notified of frozen pipes. According to the repairman that happened to stop by this was an issue since the morning. We were offered to stay at the unit with no running water, or 2 other properties. We are seniors and chose 1 ground level and downtown for a reason. 1st unit was a loft above a garage, unacceptable. “We did not have much interaction with the host at the beginning of our stay and that was ok as we did not need assistance. However, at the end of the stay, the pipes froze and I was happy that the host responded timely and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.”
