“Beautiful, charming house, clean, kitchen with items like olive and coconut oil, coffee, tea and very good spices. Mountain View’s. Comfortable bed. There are also 2 monitors that were excellent to work. We loved the house.”

“The house was precious and we had everything we needed! Just a 2 mile hop to Leadville, 30 to 45 minutes to fresco and Breckenridge. Excellent view of the mountain tops from the front porch every morning and evening.”

“Everything about our stay was amazing. The views were spectacular and the location was perfect. Just 20 minutes from the nearest town with all the amenities you’d need (grocery, gas, coffee) but isolated enough that you have all the nature Colorado has to offer (we saw moose, countless deer, and so many humming birds!)The house was amazing. “From check-in to check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and house for our 48th Winter Rendezvous (maybe one thing - that one of our group . The house is amazing and we had ample room for everyone! We especially loved the ski-in/ski-out (although if not an expert, it was a bit difficult) and having our own ski lockers! We even had a Pine Martin come visit us daily!member did not get hurt!)”

“This is a beautiful property! So spacious and great for families! The kitchen is so well stocked, they even have an instapot! We did have some snow while we were there, 4x4, AWD or chains were needed to get up the road to the house and for Hoosier pass into Breckenridge. ”

“A reassigned property due to construction delays at the original property. Good communication with owner before hand. Large 4 bedroom with plenty of room inside. Hot tub always a plus. A short 5 minute drive to downtown. Not walkable to downtown. Beautiful early cool summer time in the Rockies. Needed the electric fireplaces in the mornings to knock off the chill. Area and Turquoise lake is beautiful. If we are ever up that way would consider staying again. ”
