“This was perfect for our annual Aug Bday bash with family. Knowing that it is a Historical Home will help with expectations of age of the home and we enjoyed that the owners kept that vibe. Yes, there could be some upgrades but, for our group, that was part of the charm and the experience. Had great communication before/during/after the stay.Pros: Lots of room for privacy yet areas for group time (we really enjoyed the large dining table) - location is ideal; between beach and downtown - kitchen...

“Our stay with Linda was great. The property was just as described and was very clean and spacious. They provide everything you would need for your stay. Linda communicated with me from the days leading up to our stay and throughout our stay. The only one problem we had was the master bedroom A/C wasn't working on a very hot day. Linda came herself to look at the problem as soon as it was communicated with her, but unfortunately it was a sunday and couldn't get fixed before we left. Other than...

“Thuan was such a great host - he made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. He was great at communication and replying to all of our needs. The house was huge and very comfortable as well. If you are going with a group, it’s a good chance to play volleyball outside - overall its a great place. Highly highly recommend! Thank you!”

"Estuvimos 11 noches, dos adultos y una niña de 10 años. Las camas muy cómodas, tranquilo y limpio. La habitación estaba en el 5º piso, daba a un edificio de oficinas, así que nada de ruido, muy espaciosa y el personal muy agradable y atento. La zona es espectacular, todo el midtown a un paso. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Si tuviera una neverita, ya sería maravilloso. Justo al lado tienes distintas opciones para desayunar. Calidad precio fantástica. "
