“We loved staying here. The property was amazing, our kids loved being able to ride around on their easy rollers. All the people we met were very friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay when having fur babies as well. Plenty to do without having to leave the resort. The camper/rv had everything we needed for our stay, plus things we didn’t realize we would need or didn’t think to bring. Will definitely be staying here again”

“From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the staff was helpful and friendly. The condo was freshly clean and neat! Everything was in order, as it should be! The owners was very nice during the process of booking and checking in, just very sweet people! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown Gatlinburg, and we loved the hot tub and heated pool, at resort! We will be back!”

“I have rented many VRBO properties and this ranks as one of the best. The pictures do not do the property justice. Clean, well maintained and very pretty decor. Pretty view from balconies. There are no steps to enter the property and to bedrooms on the first floor. I felt this was important for those that may be traveling with someone who has trouble with steps. “We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed ”

“My wife and I just spent the weekend in unit 165 and it was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. With that being said, it was everything that was described and very good communication with the property manager. We will be back.”
