The bond house was overall excellent. All the amenities were provided for utensils Appliances everything. Plenty of supplies clean first class accommodations easy to deal with management made this day. Perfect. Would definitely come here again. Would recommend to anyone can’t say enough. Simply Beautiful!

You will be very satisfied with these accommodations. The water is so close and beautiful- everything was great! Clean place and beds were very comfortable in addition to lots and lots of good extras!

Wonderful stay and beautiful view

Prime oceanfront view with modern equipments/furnitures, what else can I ask for? And of course, the linens are clean, towels plentiful and kitchen utensils well stocked!

A wonderful experience

We had an amazing time at the Bond House. It was just what we expected, and what we wanted. The pictures online are accurate to the real experience of the house. I highly recommend waking up early and watching the sun rise over the water.

We loved the quiet and peaceful location of the house. We walked on the beach, swam and snorkeled right outside of the house. We cooked almost every meal inside the well-equipped kitchen and grill. Amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing Family Vacation!

Great house and location. We have rented many houses over the years, this was, by far, the most organized. We wanted for nothing! Great location for visiting north and south of the island.

Wonderful place to stay

This is an amazing property! We are a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to do whatever we felt like - chill on the lanai, lay out in the sun or splash around snorkeling in the water - it has it all! Kitchen is beautiful, well stocked with anything you need to cook in. It also is close to many must-see places on the island. Don't pass this up if you have the chance!

Family Thanksgiving trip

The property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and three children 10 and under. We explored the Island, fished over the wall, went to a Luau, rode a train, toured a fern grotto, visited the lighthouse, walked through a botanical garden, went to the beach and had a great vacation. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful week

The property was exactly as promised. Ocean views from every room, porch and decks with views of the ocean, 12 steps down to the beach with the ability to take long walks. We watched humpback whales breech every morning and evening from the backyard porch. There was ample snorkeling gear and beach chairs and towels for trips to Hanalei and Poipu. There were games and the downstairs had plenty of room for all 8 of us to sit and talk. I would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed here with our sons a few times, beginning before the nice remodel and a name change. We've also stayed at several other properties over the years. This had the best stock of supplies and amenities. Access to Kapa'a for groceries is great if you like to have snacks around and like to make meals yourself once in a while. There are also decent restaurants available. We had a plumbing issue which was addressed almost instantly. It's nice to know that property management professional and competent.

Absolutely beautiful

These accommodations were exactly as posted. My famiku of 7 enjoyed every minute of this home and what the island had to offer. The beds are extremely comfortable!!! Only negative thing I can say is one of the AC units in the smaller room wasnt working and it got a little stuff during the day, but the host quickly addressed the issue the best she could and we were able to get by. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Hopefully we can come back again some day.

Just wanted more time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful and well-equipped home. We couldn't have asked for more and didn't want to leave when it was time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, AC in every room (although opening the doors and having the natural breeze was way more appealing to us), lots of toys/gear provided with the house (snorkels, masks, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc), well equipped with all necessary appliances and, the best part, the home was literally RIGHT on the water. The host welcomed us with a wonderful welcome basket and we were truly thrilled with out stay. The house is located off the main road, in a quiet, residential neighborhood with a walkable but not super-swimmable beach right there (experienced beach/coral/snorkelers would be fine on an easy surf day) which was fine with us. Neighbors were kind and quiet, we were the same. We cannot wait to return!!!!

Things to improve

Beautiful home, well appointed features. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 bedroom air conditioners were broken. Although maintenance people came out twice, they didn’t fix or replace them. Be aware of a dangerous night time drive to get to this property. However, once there it was lovely, comfortable, with fabulous views and also the house was very well equipped

Magical Oceanfront Family Stay

I booked the Bond house for a special vacation with my wife, our two little kids, and my retired parents. And all I can say is, WOW. This property is as advertised - right on the ocean and beautiful. We immediately felt at home in this modern and thoughtfully appointed home. It has clearly been remodeled from top to bottom and the little touches were noticeable. The floor to ceiling windows were incredible and we spent a lot of time on the porch relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the waves. The laundry setup was convenient with plenty of pods and oxy clean. The hosts included a substantial amount of beach equipment including snorkeling gear, folding beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable with great sheets and blankets and the bathrooms included a ton of extra towels and washcloths. Definitely reach out to the host to ask about the tides during your desired stay. We were expecting to be able to walk directly to the beach and the tides were never low enough due to the time of year. We were able to drive to other close beaches but would have liked to know during booking that we would not be able to take the 11 steps to the beach as was advertised. Overall a phenomenal stay and would definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing Family Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house for our family trip! The house is spacious so we all had our own room with nice bedrooms. The kitchen, dining & living room is perfect for hanging out & cooking together. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space – great private-like beach and nice furniture. We spent the mornings outside watching the sunrise, having coffee & laying on the lounge chairs. The house also had a lot of awesome 'extras' such as beach chairs, a cooler, beach shoes, snorkle equipment, boogie boards, a surf board & wagons. The road to get to this house is closed during the week from 8a - 3p, and although it was a slight inconvenience, we made it work. I wouldn't see this as a big negative unless you have an elderly person or someone who cannot walk a bit. The positives largely outweigh this road closure. It was in a somewhat secluded area, nice features & a friendly neighborhood. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Despite road construction that appears to be a year away from completion at the rate they are working, the stay was fabulous. Be aware that the road to the house is closed from 8:00 to 3:00 Monday through Friday so you need to be mindful of putting your vehicle on the other side of the construction and walking five minutes back to the house.

Everything we needed was available and there was even some nice welcome snacks. Every morning we watched the sunrise from the deck chairs and would open the lanai doors to let the air in. The beach was low due to winter season, but it was still reasonably easy to reach the sand and walk along the beach. Several of us snorkeled in the small bay and enjoyed it immensely. When leaving the house, we seemed to be 20 minutes from everything, aside from a few locations on the south and west, it was extremely easy to get around, and the small one lane section of road to reach the house was not a hindrance and we almost never even saw another vehicle there.

You will really enjoy sitting on the chairs outside and watching the ocean or taking a stroll down the beach that is 10 steps down from the yard. Location is great too with easy access to Kapaa, Lihue, and other great places. When we come back to Kauai, we will gladly stay here again.

A Little Slice of Heaven on Earth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 in our group and had an amazing 7 day vacation. I highly recommend getting your reservations for excursions before your trip, they fill up fast. We explored the Napali Coast by catamaran and were also able to go into the sea caves. Snorkeling was a plus, you can do it by the beach house, but at times the current is very strong. Went kayaking and hiking to the Sacred Falls. The younger generation loved the UTV tour at the Kipu Ranch, plan on getting muddy and dirty. Didnt eat out much, everything we needed to entertain/cook was at the house. The only issue we had was that we did not have air conditioning for three (3) days, but Victoria, our host, kept us informed of the progress. We all hated to leave the Bond House, but will certainly return.Thanks again for sharing your home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 adults staying at the house for 9 days. We had plenty of space to relax,with the living room and the decks. They had everything we needed from toilet paper and paper towels, soaps and the washer and dryer were really put to use. The beach was one of the better ones we found on the trip. They had enough beach equipment to keep everyone happy. The only complaint we had was the bedroom air conditioning quit working the night we arrived! They tried to get it fixed but the part didn't arrive while we were there. So we had 9 hot sleeping nights! Air conditioning in the bedrooms was the deciding factor in renting a house in Kauai and we ended up not having it. They said that they would credit us for the inconvenience, we will see. All in all great home very clean, we all had a great time. Thanks.

The home was very comfortable and clean and being right on the waterfront was very relaxing. The set up of the house was perfect for us and we liked the location very well since we went horseback riding, chartered a boat, went snorkeling in Anini Beach had cocktails at Timbers , went shopping in Hanalei and hiking at the Queens Pool in Princeville...
