“4世帯、9名（子供２名）で利用しました。 敷地内でバーベキューや水遊び（プール）もオプションで対応頂き、非常に楽しく過ごすことができました。 部屋や設備・寝具もすべて清潔感があり、食器や調理器具も豊富で非常に満足度の高いステイになりました。 またこども向けのグッズも豊富で、おむつ用のごみ箱の準備もしていただき、子連れでも安心して過ごせる宿だと思います。”

“This hotel is a hidden gem with helpful and friendly staff. Feels like a b&b with cooked breakfast, games area for adults and kids. The staff went above and beyond - helping us with transport to our next destination, making calls (in Japanese) and driving us to our shuttle connection. Rooms were comfortable and warm. It’s about 10mins from the town centre but they do offer pick up and drop offs from the train, and it makes it quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend! ”

“スタッフの方々は、お部屋のご案内の時点から気が利いて皆さん温かく、お料理はどれもとても美味しかった。曖昧な味付けがなく、料理長が素晴らしい！！ 久々にリピートしたい宿と思えた。 色々なところに生け花があって良かった。 大浴場、露天風呂ともに満足した。雪の中の露天風呂は風情があった。 昔ながらの古い扉やクローゼットはそれでよいが、白い布団のシーツに穴が空いてなければなおよいなとは思った。”

“Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...

“溫店外觀雖然舊，但服務非常好。職員詳細說明酒店各設施及早晚餐、溫泉等安排。房內有提供甜點供入住時下午享用。晚餐是懷石料理，質素都不錯，額外點的酒水價格合理。酒店內的商店都有足夠的紀念品及土產的選擇。早餐時份，職員會留意各人的座位，而調整窗簾以防住客被陽光直射。酒店亦有提供往返火車站的穿梭巴士，只不過提供服務時間與火車時間差了少少，由火車站到酒店時，需要等多於半小時。相反由酒店到火車站則只有約2分鐘時間，幸好我與職員溝通後，當住客上齊車後立即開出，結果我有足夠時間買車飛及前往月台。”
