“My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack. This was a huge relief to us because we were worried about the language barrier over...

“Estilo muy tradicional japonés, nos encantó sobre todo a mis hijos las camas tipo futon es una experiencia increíble ademas de su baño onsen delicioso, puedes entrar al público o reservar privado que dura 30 min. Aunque ese estilo tradicional nos fallo cuando del desayuno se trataba, pero no fue problema. Lo que si considero es inconveniente es que no den mantenimiento a las instalaciones, si bien todo funcionaba, el hecho de q las paredes estuvieran sucias, telarañas y la tina con cabellos no...

“We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. ”
