“先日お世話になりました。リニューアル前も宿泊しましたが、色々改善されていてこれぞ日本のホスピタリティと感じ大満足です。幼稚園、小学生の子供と一緒であれば、1泊ではものたりないくらい遊び場が充実しております。私自身海外も含め色々なホテルに泊まった経験がありますが、規模の大きさは除いて個人的には4つ星クラスのサービスでした。　朝のビュッフェが種類も豊富です。 また2,3月にお世話になりたいと思います。”

“Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...
