“Overall we had a great stay and the owner was quick to respond and even took the time to meet up. The property has a couple of really nice decks and it seems the prevailing wind is towards the house which has a nice cooling effect, and will push boats back towards shore in case legs are tired. Many sights are within 25-60 driving if the property. Cleaning could have been better and the lack of wi-if (was not listed as amenity, but we felt it’s a normal expectation nowadays) was disappointing...

“The surrounding area was scary. Inside cabin was fine accept the step up into the living bedroom space was dangerous. Curtains were needed in the kitchen area. Accessiblity would be an issue for some. Really hard to contact owners and find the cabin. Would not recommend!!”

“The house was exactly as advertised, my wife and I, daughter, granddaughters (13, 11) and brother-in-law stayed at the house. There was plenty of room for all of us, and for us to each have our own space. The toys (canoe, paddle board, etc, was perfect, something for all of us. My granddaughter’s when fishing for the fist time and loved it as they caught fish everyday. Ken, was very responsive from the day we booked it, to the day we left. I highly recommend the home, and plenty of sightseeing...

“This is a hidden gem! The house was gorgeous and had the perfect cottage feel along with all the amenities. Located on a cute cove off the larger lake created a nice private feel and made the water warmer! Mike was great communicating with and answered all our questions! A great place to escape for the weekend. Would definitely recommend!!”

“The property owner is very nice, but the condition of the outside of the house was surprising. There are several old trailers along the driveway, old lumber, trash and old building supplies. There is one bedroom on the main level and bathroom with the only shower downstairs. Upstairs has three VERY small bedrooms and an usual bathroom with a tub.
