“The staff at the Cassia are amazing! They are so sweet, professional and helpful. Every single person there went above and beyond to ensure we had a good holiday. Everyone were smiling, engaging, helpful and amazing. The room was fine, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great with good options of activities for a family. “We had very nice, spacious room directly at the beach. Everybody was very friendly and attentive, good selection for breakfast, one night we enjoyed the tepanaki located in the hotel. We also liked the pool area, there are 2 pools available and we had no problem finding a place in the shadow. Bed and pillows good, air condition quiet, also a fan is available. “The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. ”
