“We had very nice, spacious room directly at the beach. Everybody was very friendly and attentive, good selection for breakfast, one night we enjoyed the tepanaki located in the hotel. We also liked the pool area, there are 2 pools available and we had no problem finding a place in the shadow. Bed and pillows good, air condition quiet, also a fan is available. “Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping). Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores. Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...

“It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. ”
