“It was a perfect size for the two of us. It was nice to explore Black Canyon and have such a cozy place to come home to after a day of hiking. The town of Montrose was a pleasant surprise and the house was within walking distance of downtown. I would not miss the speakeasy in town. It was quite an experience. ”

The kitchen could use a little work (countertop could be cleaned better and drawers fell out if you weren't careful) but was still very usable and well stocked.”

“My wife and I (and our little dog) had a wonderful time in Donna's place along the Gunnison River. In mid-May the river was quite full and fast. It is only 50 feet out the back door with chairs on the back deck or a swinging seat in the yard overlooking the river. As mentioned in her description we had deer walking thru the yard every day.
