Valerie is a fantastic host—so kind and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She really made everything easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat!”

“I thought this property would be nice based on the photos and reviews, but it was awesome. I felt like I was staying in a brand new luxury condo. I loved everything about it - the exposed brick, woodwork, lighting, etc. We didn’t do any cooking so I can’t speak to kitchen supplies (but the kitchen is gorgeous!).”

“Nice very quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were nice. Pretty comfortable bed. The pillows were a little flat, but not too bad. The picture showed a small couch, but there was none. No Kleenex in the room. Another hand towel would’ve been nice. Overall, a nice place to stay. ”
