“We had such an incredible time in Montrose, CO—it truly felt like a little escape! The house was super cozy, very clean, and clearly well taken care of. Valerie is a fantastic host—so kind and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She really made everything easy and stress-free. The house had everything we needed for a comfy, relaxing stay. And the location? Perfect—just a short drive to the stunning Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’d come back in a heartbeat!”

“Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. ”

“There are some neighborhood deer that hang out nearby and we met the neighbor cat. It's close to downtown so I was able to walk and browse alone as my husband was tired after our drive. It's small, but it worked for just the two of us.”

“This loft is exactly what you see in the photos. The finishings are high end and the location is perfect. What you can’t see is how comfortable the beds are, how nicely furnished the kitchen and bathrooms are and how helpful the host is. I had several questions leading up to our visit and the host responded very quickly each time I reached out. Highly recommend the area and this loft. You will have a great experience!”
