Apartamentos en Áreas residenciales del norte

“We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. Only 1 of the 4 stovetops worked, which was not resolved. The positives were the free and easy parking, convenient location, and simple, hassle-free check-in and...

“Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in.”

“Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was.”

“Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions.”

“Parking was a problem ”

“I never have been treated like this before. I had a paid reservation for four nights. I called about 4 PM to say we were running late... response: "No problem." I arrived at 10 PM to see a sign posted saying "Overbooked." I call the number and the response was "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. First come, first served." This is UNACCEPTABLE. Two other customers arriving after me faced the same dilemma. Warning: avoid this establishment like the plague!”

“A small picnic area outside invites casual hangouts while rooms keep it simple yet functional with essentials like TV and towels included.”

“Air conditioning ran efficiently making rooms feel comfortable overall during my trip.”

“Slept well here, check-in went fast and the bed was comfy for rest.”

“Pretty average for extended stay”

“A very good property; clean, convenient, and quiet. The only thing lacking was a coffee maker in the room.”

“Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .”

“Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

“Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.”
