“We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. “The location is tremendous and the complex is very quiet at night, even with the train tracks close by and the window open, it was nice and quiet with just whooshing train sound. (this is important because sometimes people dont want to stay by the L, but I thought it was really quiet in the neighborhood and the train sounds were minimal.
