“The room we booked "Damson" was very well equipped, spolessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive giving good advice about both food and drink choices. Our only issue was the noise when trying to sleep. This was NOT the fault of the owners. The weather was very nice and customers were understandably making the most of this. Unfortunately our window was directly above a seating area. ”

“Super stay as a half way point from Wimbledon to the coast on bikes with kids. Excellent, spacious family room. Right on the Down’s link. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere on a sunny afternoon. Gastro pub, although we felt that the standard of the food could be improved a little. Overall though an enjoyable stay. ”

“Lovely pub situated just off the main road in Egham. Very easy to check in and we were shown to the room. Very quirky decor which was fine and a large bed and spacious bathroom. Only negatives were that the room got very hot so the fan had to be deployed and the extractor fan from the kitchen must run close by as we could hear it for a while and some of the smell escaped into the room. ”
