“The hotel staff were super friendly and even though there was a technical hitch at check in (not their fault) they made sure that we were not impacted by it. Things like thatake a big difference to any stay. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. ”

“This used to be my school until 1982 and it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful hotel with great amenities in amazing grounds. Ample parking and a safe environment leads to a peaceful and relaxing stay. ”

Unfortunately, there was no hot water both in the evening and the following morning, which we reported to the host on departure. Had we been staying longer, I’m confident the host would have tried to resolve this. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress would benefit from an upgrade or the addition of a topper.
