“My husband and I were left wanting a longer stay, but unfortunately work was waiting for us. We love the service, the peace, the area, the room. Already planning the next visit!”

“The pictures are NOT accurate. We did not even stay 2 hrs. Mouse poop on floor, no stove, no washer or dryer. Patio covered in dirt chicken poop and leaves. Patio furniture was discusting and dirty. You didn't even want to sit on it. Yard. Not mowed. Junk sitting all over. Do not book”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“Very child friendly. Older home but cute and cozy. Stayed for 1 night for a high school football playoff game. Wish we would have stayed longer. Lots of children’s toys and even a power wheel jeep. Making plans with family to stay here again soon. ”

“I’m so glad I found this place. It’s a perfect location— close enough to get to Daytona easily, but it’s a peaceful and quiet country paradise to relax at the end of the day. The host is thoughtful and responds immediately and the place was spotless with everything you could possibly need. An easy 5 stars, and I’d give it a 6th for being able to view the rocket launches if they’d let me. The donkey and ducks deserve a few stars too.”
