“Great experience with host and a great location.”

“From the moment we arrived at European Street Village, something felt off. The parking garage felt unsafe, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the overall property seemed rundown.Our room had a musty odor with possible mold and was right next to a neighbor yelling at her dog early and late at night. The bed sheets had skin flakes on them. The TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet despite the host insisting Wi-Fi was working, and our concerns were brushed off. The TVs had no cable....

“Very helpful and responsive host. The unit was exactly as pictured. A very short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We plan to stay here again when we are in the area.”

“Condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the king bed and amenities. Having a washer/dryer available was nice. We also enjoyed having a real outside patio, last unit we stayed in did not have balcony patio. Restaurants so close is also very nice. Building does have a bit if a funky smell but unit did not. Parking was also a little but of a drag as we thought we had a garage space but another vehicle was parked there for the entirety of our stay. They said they were told to park in spot 78...

“Had to leave the rental unit within a few hours from check-in as a neighboring unit was smoking and the smell was so strong in the unit I was renting. While this unit is a non-smoking unit, other units within this building allow smoking.”

“Room was a wonderful size and clean .Its balcony is located On the shady side of the village --which is perfect for the summer (a little chilly in February but the east is having a chilly winter!) Only draw backs is you get one key fob for the potential 6 people it sleeps And that didn't work well however the renters left us another key fob (to enter the building) a day later after we requested it -- we also has 2 rolls of toilet paper (for 6 people) and 2 garbage bags. Highly recommend this property to many others. The festivities at the European village are amazing. Lots of bars lots of restaurants. You don’t have to go anywhere. ”
