Nice unit, Terrible communication
This was a tough review to give, because i really want to be fair. The unit itself was not too fancy but everything we needed for 2 nights. The location is great, walking distance to everything. The concierge was very helpful. My issue was the lack of communication. I tried to contact the host prior to booking to find out if there was an extra fee for parking. When he didn't respond, I chose to trust the profile, which said there was parking on site. I tried contacting the host twice more, to no avail. (I almost contacted VRBO to make sure the listing was legit) Less than 24 hours before we were to begin our journey to Atlanta, i finally received the auto instructions for checking in, and i immediately responded, asking about parking again. This time, the host responded, letting me know that there was no parking on site, but there were nearby parking lots for a fee. Which we had not budgeted for. His response to me was that it clearly stated in the listing that there is no parking on site. This is a lie. I took pictures of the entire listing, where it clearly states "parking on site" under amenities, and "parking available" elsewhere. At no point in the listing does it say there is no parking. When we arrived after an 8 hour drive, the front desk informed us that the host had not completed his part in filing out our info in the system. We had to wait over an hour for the host to get that info in. We will not be staying there again.
