While the host is attentive and responsive - the stay was not good and missed our expectations.First off, this is NOT a 4BR: advertising the sunroom as a 4th bedroom with a double bed is completely false. The futon is a twin/single and the enclosed sunroom is not a bedroom - there is no privacy due to the inside windows and no closet/dresser. It barely meets the definition of a "room" much less a bedroom.Secondly, things were in a general state of disrepair:- Things generally feel dirty and not well maintained - random stains on chairs, on the fold out bed, on sheets, the hallway bathroom has marks all over the countertop. There are visible dust balls and hair hanging from the window in one of the bedrooms.- There were a ton of leaves in the front yard, so much so when a storm came in it completely covered the walkway.- A list of items in disrepair: from a smoke detector hanging by wires to door hinges missing screws, to mismatched beds and bedframes - there's a long list of things that made this place feel pretty run down.All in all, it barely met our needs and not at all what we expected from the listing.
