“Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. “Bleach odor was over-powering and gave us a headache!!Check-in process was not communicated via VRBO app as promised which required me to contact them via multiple phone calls and emails, creating undue stress. (Truly not a VRBO rental :/ )Non-early check-in (1 hour would’ve been nice), which a hotel would’ve allowed, and this place was more like a long-stay hotel, not a VRBO. “Upon arrival, the room was in decent condition. They do not clean your room daily even with the option to “please service room” on the door. Clean towels had to be requested. A coffee machine with only 2 pods available and we were told that’s all they give you. When the toilet was broken there was nobody available to fix it, we were told it could be fixed the following day by an answering service which was no help at all - this was not only an inconvenience seeing as that’s a basic necessity...
