“We had a great time in this lovely Cottage. We loved to watch birds and squirrels on our balcony. We enjoyed playing with the owner´s dog Ralph and canoeing on the loch. Portnellan is a great starting Point to reach almost every destination in the Highlands. Our tip for families ist to do the GoApe treetop challenge in Aberfoyle. Enjoy your stay, we did it.”

“The situation of the lodge is stunning, with rowan trees around the property. The weather wasn't good during our stay, but we didn't have to move from the sofa to get spectacular views out of the windows! There was a selection of books to read, which I made use of. The beds were very comfortable & the heating system was easy to use, except for the fact that the heating controls in the bathrooms were at floor level. “Booked on vrbo host came to see us not long after check in and said we had got a bargain seemed annoyed told us what we should have paid and then told what we paid . we paid what it came up online so we hadn’t done anything wrong .we are angry at this as the couple travelling with us we had bought for their anniversary gift and Cameron wasted no time in stating price of trip which was very unprofessional.
