“This property is exactly as described. The beautiful ocean view from the kitchen was stunning! Ocean views from every room but one. Smart TV’s in every room. The sand is literally 50 feet or less from house. The location is also fabulous, you feel safe and secure nestled in this high end neighborhood ”

“Positives: location, sunrise, cleanilinessNegatives: While the renovations are a positive, it has not been finished. Needs new pots and pans, knives, coffee table, door repainted and opening of door working . The water pressure in the bath is terrible and although there was a problem with the kitchen sick, that was addressed. ”

“The view of the ocean from our third floor was wonderful and we loved leaving the screened patio doors open to hear the sound of the waves while we slept. Access to the beach and the pool was easy. We appreciated the fact that building has a bin for recyclables.”

“The location was very central for St Augustine and only a short drive from the historic town, and walkable for the beach. The communication before our stay was excellent, upon arrival the property was still being clean but wasn't able to reach the property manager instantly both numbers provided went to voicemail. The cleaner contacted us just over a hour after our initial attempt to check in at 3pm, the stated time and we returned. The apartment/condo is very pleasant, it has some nice touches...
