Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 6 of us were super comfy in this big open modern house well stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils pans etc, soap for dishwasher and clotheswasher. Oour king bed was firm but comfy enough and I slept well, it’s wonderfully quiet there!. Note that this house thru VRBO is totally not allowed to use The Cove pool but other pools are also very near by.

Fantastic family fun

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The was an odor upon entry...perhaps from past smokers imbedded in the carpet. We aired the home out and then it was more subtle. One of the queen beds was very hard so we purchaced a mattress topper and that helped. (We didn't leave it, so hopefully the owners will get one.) The home is very well equipped with kitchen necessities, linnens, games, etc. We loved the back deck area and the hot tub. Wonderful home! We hope to come again.

Outstanding. Village Properties shined compared to Vacasa during our visit 7/2024

2 families - 4 (parents, 7yo, 1yo) and 6 (parents, 17, 15, 13, 13). House is in great shape, and the kitchen counters have been nicely replaced since our last stay here in 2022, when we spent a few days here as our base camp during the Cascade Lakes Relays. Pros: Great setup if traveling with kids. Single level with two wings, allowing you to isolate little ones away from everyone else for naps. Kitchen is easily able to accommodate cooking for a large group. New induction top stove was a nice touch. All you need for cooking in the relatively well organized cupboards. Although no SHARC tickets included, if you text your receipts to the management company, they will reimburse your entrance fees - nice! Nice, open layout was great for a big group. We used the back deck (in good condition) for card games and relaxing; living room served a similar purpose. Management was highly responsive. Provided a pack’n’play and high chair for us, and when the latter was not there on our arrival, they promptly delivered one. Similarly, the sound on the TV went out on day 2 as we watched the summer Olympics; they had it repaired while we were out the following morning. Cons: None, really. We’ve stayed in this home twice now, and we’ll try to stay here in the future, too. In comparison with other management companies (Vacasa), this experience was head and shoulders above. There really was no question: we rented two lost lane homes contemporaneously and were able to directly compare.

We enjoyed staying in this home. We celebrated Easter and enjoyed the walks on the surrounding trails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location. We enjoyed the floor plan. We had four families so gave each their own space. The house had a fully equiped kitchen (a little too much. No room for the food we brought) The house advertised TV's in each bedroom. Master did not have one. The hot tub had dirty water. The better bedding had seen better days. The entire home didn't seem very clean.

We were all set to rent again, but for this missing amenity, we probably won't. It was a perfect location, private setting, complete kitchen set up (except no blender), quality bikes in great condition. Lovely, comfy, clean home

The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved having the utility room especially as it gave us some extra room. The location was great and so close to the mall and SHARC. We sure liked the privacy too it was a great week.

Great house but we wish the hot tub was better maintained!

Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful, the stove had some issues with a couple of the burners not lighting, they sent someone to look at it at he got two of the burners working but that was it. The hot tub chemicals were not at a healthy level we called the service for that they came out twice but didn’t fix the problem. So we weren’t able to use the hot tub. We still had a wonderful time! Love Sunriver,
