“Simple clean place great for 1 or 2”

“Very charming one bedroom with loft! We were two adults and 5 kids. We had a comfortable one-night stay and everything we needed was provided. My teen daughter slept with me in the main bedroom. My husband took the pull out couch and my son and nephew took the loft bed. We were a little worried about air circulation in the unit because there's only one window that you can open with a screen. At night we placed a fan in the kitchen window and turned the fan on in the main bedroom and left the...

“The furniture was comfortable and clean, and we loved the beds. We especially loved all the mirrors, which made it easy for our family of four to get ready even though there is just one bathroom. The living room had plenty of seating. The property is centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood. There is a neighborhood park and a Target just a few blocks away. The parking space provided is adjacent to the property, which is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Everything was just great. The outside of the building wasn’t great but that didn’t affect our stay. Our place was so clean and had everything that we needed. ”

“The apt was locaedat a great location for our family”

“I'd like to thank the hosts for providing such a wonderful home. My family of three stayed here for ten nights, and this house truly made us feel at home throughout our trip. I chose this property specifically because of the photos of the kitchen, and it was exactly what I had hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. The living room was also very spacious, featuring comfortable reclining couches and a smart TV, making it a perfect place to relax...

“This placed was filled with amenities, easy parking, close to all the things on our list for the weekend. Perfect for two nights for the four of us. My 11yo niece stayed in the loft and really enjoyed it. The sleeping areas are separated by a wall but no doors or rooms. It is basically a very well thought out studio space with a loft. There was enough privacy for our needs, we were still all able to have our own space, but nothing really private. Anything we forgot was found in the cupboards,...

“This cute studio is close to many eateries, stores, the BART and a walking path, with nature areas a few minutes drive away. It’s clean, attractive and the court is a nice feature. Cozy is a good description of Gilda’s place.\We enjoyed our stay here!”

“The check-in was tricky since the lock on the outside door is not the one to use. Did not mention in notes provided. The driveway to the parking spot is long and narrow with no room to turn your vehicle around. So you will be backing out a long distance with not much room for our rented Corolla. Three times blocked in at the end of driveway for people illegally parking. I know that is not the host to control but be prepared to wait up to a hour. Place was nice but it was loud since your...

“Great location, easy layout. Would have appreciated Kleenex and some rudimentary cleaning supplies(besides dish soap), but all in all, very comfortable, convenient property.”

“Brooks’s place is a true respite in the beautiful Oakland hills. Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers amazing privacy and exceptional quiet—for the first time in a while, I slept without earplugs! You have the entire lower floor to yourself. Although there’s a home above, Brooks wasn’t on the property during my stay, so it felt like I had the whole place to myself. He has thought of absolutely everything, and I was able to settle in and get some deep work done. The neighborhood is...

“Rafael was super prompt and helpful! Some of the most effective communication I've had with a VRBO/other platform host. The location was really nice and affordable relative to other options in Oakland, especially convenient that there is an on-site parking lot. Would definitely recommend if you need a comfortable stay in the area!”

“Checked in late within two minutes. Used the laundry room next morning , it's convenient and reliable. Pool looked tidy from outside which added to pleasant grounds. Parking was easy on ground level making unloading smooth and hassle-free.”

“Towels were provided and parking was convenient to find. The bed was large and comfortable enough for two with space to work at the desk as well.”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable.”
