We had a wonderful stay and loved the house and the beautiful Mountain View. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Katie was very responsive and gave lots of ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. Our granddaughters loved hiking and the playground at Cacapon State Park. They also really enjoyed playing in the Springs in town and the candy shop.

Beautiful view and area was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit and game room. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Our little ones loved the little teepee bed and we appreciated this rental is dog friendly. I would recommend!

This house was absolutely wonderful. From the open kitchen, to the comfortable beds to the view from the back deck, we could not have asked for more. And Katie is one of the nicest, responsive and helpful hosts I’ve communicated with. She provided awesome suggestions for local places to eat, things/activities to not miss etc which made my trip planning much easier. This is an easy 10/10!

VIEWS!!!! This house is the best kept secret in Berkley Springs, WV. The views of the mountain speak for themselves and would be amazing at any time of year!We chose this town and house for our annual girls winter getaway and it did not disappoint. It was super relaxing and a quaint little town. Restaurants, shops, spas, breweries, etc. If you are looking for a low key weekend, it’s worth a visit. Katie (the host) is the sweetest person and remained in contact throughout our whole stay. Below freezing temps outside caused a few issues with the hot tub, but they were resolved within 24 hours and we were able to enjoy it. Proof on Washington is where we had dinner when we did venture out. Request Mary as your server. You won’t be disappointed in her or the food. They also have 100’s of bourbons if you’re into that. We had an awesome time! Thanks again.

Nice house but would have been nice to be able to use the indoor fireplace as it was snowing while there. Jacuzzi water was cloudy. Kitchen items too worn for price of rental. Nice game room but for price should provide basic cable. House was clean and had amazing view.

Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. However, the town was 10-15 minutes away and allowed for many options. We enjoyed the local pool, cooling off in the springs, exploring Cacapon lake, visiting shops (highly recommend Mischief), and eating at Proof and Mythical Pizza.This place was definitely worth vacationing to!

Once again everything about 20 Apache Heights was perfect. First night there was a small issue and it was taken care of immediately. Our entire family loves this property and are looking forward to staying a third, forth, fifth...time.

Dream location

This beautiful home made for a perfect holiday gathering for our family of six. There’s a great “flow” to this property which allows both intimate gatherings and enough private spaces to suit anyone’s needs.We enjoyed our meals around the generous dining table, and we all were mesmerized by the most fabulous view over the valley. Game room, ample deck seating, and hot tub offered great entertainment options to all in our group… ages 41 to 77.We give this home all thumbs up. Highly recommend.

3 generation get-away

This is a great place for extended family. While the “game players” were in the lower level game room, others enjoyed the solitude of the main floor. Katie was great with responses to our questions. Very considerate. Pretrip info was great! Highly recommended for multi-generational trips.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apache Heights. The house is beautiful, and the setting even better. The kids loved the bunkroom and the game room, and we all loved the deck in the morning and at sunset. We had one house problem, which the hosts responded to within minutes and fixed within a few hours.

Super organized

Katie was wonderful to work with! She is super organized and doesn't miss a thing. There are suggestions for everything and everyone. You know what to expect before you even arrive. The property is gorgeous. I mean I don't see how you couldn't like it! It is secluded with one of the most beautiful views around. You feel like you have your own piece of paradise. If you are a nature lover and like to be secluded this is the property for you. The house is fully stocked as if you live there. There's a pool table, connect four, an arcade video console, a big screen TV with every channel you can think of, a jacuzzi, and a fire pit. Oh, let's not forget the walking trails right on the property. The view is what drew me to the property. Everything else was a bonus. We also "made friends" with two horses. You can see them at a great distance every night grazing in a faraway pasture. One is white the other brown. While they were unaware of our friendship we miss seeing them daily. The best thing is we were able to bring our family member Polar (our dog) with us. He enjoyed the evenings out on the deck watching the sunset with us too. Thank you for making your property available to us! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Awesome Property!

We are 10 women who graduated high school together in 1977 who get together once a year for a reunion. What a blast we had at this beautiful home in Berkeley Springs! We enjoyed every amenity this home had to offer - from the hot tub, pool table, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds to the gorgeous views from the deck. Our hosts were attentive and helpful. Sharing good times in this incredible home is just what we needed! Highly recommend!

Great Girl's Getaway

Home was perfect for a friend's getaway. Close enough to Berkeley Springs, yet away from it all. Lovely home with gorgeous views. Photos on site are very accurate. Kitchen is well equipped and owners were easy to reach if necessary. Would recommend this home to anyone and would certainly rent again. Loved it!!
