“Check in was super easy, the lights were all on and key was easy to find. The cabin was clean and it had everything you would need ie; toothbrushes, paste, shower essentials, even coffee and creamer. The fractal scorched wood trim was a nice touch but the real star of the show is the huge wrap around porch with several seating areas to chose. Heard a lot of birds, didn't see too many but did have a bat on pest patrol buzz the porch a few times. The neighbors dog (black and white, very sweet)...

“The cabin was very cute & functional. There needs to be more silverware. Also the cabin did not cool down very well. The little ac over the couch only worked on low cool. Check-in was very easy. The pontoon closest to the marina may have a small leak as the cabin is lower on that side. Would definitely stay there again! ”

“It was such a magical get away. Loved the property, the quiet, the peace. Spent a whole day enjoying the canoe and fishing, caught some kitty cats, huge brim, large mouth striped bass, we were gentle and let them go. Enjoyed all the different platforms around the property. The tree house was magical also. And of course James was wonderful. Highly recommended. Next time i hope to enjoy the fire pit, just too hot this time. With the land so wooded didnt realize it was 90 on the water.”

“The home was easy to find and access once we arrived. The property manager was helpful and concise which eased any anxiety we had about visiting a new area. We were a short drive from Sand Mountain which we also highly recommend. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for us to arrive, including the temp on the hot tub. FYI we found out there actually IS uber service, at least to and from the house and Sand Mountain. The locals we told were skeptical but we used it and it worked out...

“I would want to stay here even if we moved to the surrounding area. It’s just peaceful and clean. It took my breath away the first morning when I opened my window and saw all the horses directly behind my cabin running around. Then I laughed watched the pig run by! The dogs were friendly towards my big dog. Melinda was kind and easy to work with when we extended our stay.”
