“We have stayed here several times over the years and have always enjoyed this little place. Always clean and friendly in a peaceful location. Unfortunately, the place is getting a little too pricey for a senior couple.”

“Nice place to stay, but a few items could have made it better. We are a family of 4 (kids are 10&12) so the bed size and space in the condo option seemed like the best option. We booked the condo, which featured a kitchenette, but only had a mini fridge that basically fit drinks. Nearest access to ice was in the main hotel, which was quite a walk. You could not order room service when staying in a condo and it did not read like you could order pickup, so we ate most meals off of the property....

“The Dexter will be nice once they get all of the construction done; address the hot water issues, and maybe add a chair to the room and perhaps a floor lamp, as well. In addition, they have the tiniest rolls of toilet paper with no extras available in the room, and they hardly had any shower gel in the bottle to use. Parking is at a premium- especially with all of the contractor trucks using available spots. It is a minimalist style boutique hotel. You will not talk to a front desk person after...

“Cuando en una situación como la pandemic actual tienes un mensaje de obligatorio mascarilla y te encuentras todos los días clientes y trabajadores sin mascarilla o con ella mal puesta en el interior del hotel, falta de limpieza (en un hotel pet friendly deberían ser más exigentes), y el porta rollo de papel higiénico roto, etc. No, no inspira confianza. A pesar de que Charlevoix como pueblo nos gustó mucho nos fuimos anticipadamente. ”
