“It was a very nice stay… employees were very nice. Just noticed in room, the smoke detector was extremely dusty and all of the fire doors 1st to 3rd floors at both ends of hallway were blocked open which goes against for code”

“We were originally going to stay in Traverse City but they had no availability in pet friendly hotels, we had searched for hotels around Petoskey and surrounding areas but no luck! We decided to try and book in Mackinaw City and luckily we were able to get 2 rooms and pet friendly. The gentleman behind the counter was managing the people the phone calls asking for room availability some people were upset but even he didn't expect the busyness but he didn't lose composure and remained polite!...

“The AC did not allow us to rest. They are very loud. For one of our rooms, the tv did not work. Breakfast was to pick and go (Chocolate chewing bars, apples, bottle water, and caffe). Pool was under repairs and we had to go to the next door hotel's. ”

“we took a girls trip and stayed here. the place was pretty clean except the outside of the room doors. it is really close to shopping and restaurants. we loved that we could see the bridge from the beach and there's fire pits to have fires on the beach! overall it was a great experience and we will definitely come back to this hotel! ”
