“Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje.”

“Many things, so many i probably will forget some when i list them, 1st Host never sent check in instructions #2 becuse there was no check in instruction it took the very helpful security stay almost an hour to figure everything out, host never responded to text or phone calls from myself and security #3 The air-conditioner in the living room area didn't work #4 Stove didn't work #5 No Hot water in the shower entire stay #5 Television in large bedroom did not work #6 There was a large bedding...
