“Suited our get away perfectly, communication was best I ever had. ”

“Comfortable stay. Needs a few upgrades. BBQ was unusable, rusty plates. Dining table unstable. Sofa in lounge dirty and lumpy - not comfortable. Security not good- only a latch on back door. ”

“The host had the air con already on which was good, it was a very hot day. Overall it was quite good, a small cosy place. The main shower's door doesn't close properly though.”

“Excellent location, clean and had great facilities. My only issue was no blinds/curtains on the front and rear doors. Passers-by can see in the front door right through to the rear of the house during the evenings.”

“#14 Sampson is a lovely house with all the character of the town but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations & certainly didn’t come close to the “premier & exceptional” label its been given.Basic things which are so easily fixed: broken kitchen tap, leaky shower, coffee machine needs a service, broken lounge (a nuisance with limited seating) but mostly it all needs a really good clean. We did not get our moneys worth and wouldn’t recommend this property.”
