“When we arrived to check in it was self serve and we found the instructions to the room a little confusing, while looking for our room, we saw a member of staff who seemed to be irritated by our presence. When we got to our room it was neatly presented and clean. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite old and lumpy and you only get one pillow so we found that a little frustrating.
