“Highly recommend this property. Beautifully restored Victorian, spotless, convenient to LBI and literally minutes from the Farm on Main (was in town for a wedding). The lighthouse room was spacious, super comfortable bed, new bath, and I found it to be quiet. Outside stairs to the Lighthouse are well lit, though keep in mind this is equivalent to the 3rd floor - if stairs are an issue for you. Dawn was amazing, incredibly gracious & helpful. Would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars all...

“Cozy suites was wonderful quiet extremely clean and disinfected !!!! However be prepared to be on check in line for at least 3 hours I was on line for nearly 4.hours just to check in. Unlike many of other patrons that did not book with comfy suites our room was ready again extremely clean looked exactly like pictures and the beds were best sleep I’ve gotten in long time! I would love to know what mattresses they use definitely would purchase one.”

“At first I thought this was a fake ad as it had little to none reviews and so many properties available. So I did research and took a chance. The manager JC convince me that this was indeed a real ad and he would love to host me and my family. Upon arrival everything that was stated was true. Parking included, checked in at showboat, you do need to leave your ID to get a luggage cart. Check in was smooth and elevators weren’t far away. We were in the apts side of showboat but still connected....
