“This condo is in a great location. Only downside is the building itself is very dirty and horrible smell at elevator entrance in the parking garage. Inside the condo was nice but the inside temperature got a stifling 86! No air conditioning however they do provide ample fans in most of the rooms. The bad thing about the fans is that they were extremely dirty so you had dust flying through out rooms. One of the showers was so dirty and moldy, the microwave handle was broken which made it...

“A friend & I came to Kirkwood to hike and paddle. We enjoyed a lovely morning paddle on Caples lake and a half day hike on the Carson Pass trail. Beautiful area. We enjoyed the condo’s pretty meadow and Mountain view. ”
