“It's student halls and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, good wifi and shower. I had to ask the night security for bedding, towels and toilet roll & all was solved quickly. There isn't parking on site, there are paying car parks but it does add a bit to the overall price, as all streets are permit, just if helps for planning time and trip. The kitchen wasn't available to use, but the info said it would be, not too much trouble but maybe useful to know which it is. No kettle or any...

“Really unusual place, lovely and peaceful. Hot tub was great! Nice place to get away from it all ”

“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

“We both said we are going back as the property had everything we needed for a couple 5* just when you tried to connect to internet you had to pay for it but over all nice place to stay ”

“Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Owner was very easy to contact and very pleasant. Only short walk from train station, bus stop and seafront. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.”

“The layout of the apartment is great, spacious clean and homel feel.Only downside was the bathroom, very small space with such a little room to maneouvre around.”

“We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. “Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again ”
