“The only thing that there was no parking outside the property we had to park in the street behind the ship inn pub for the 4 day stay so we didnt get ticketed. But besides that overall pleasant enough and only 10 min walk into the town at the top end near the seal sanctuary. ”

“Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything you needed,shops just a few feet away. Take a fan with you when it's warm as the rooms are mega hot. Highly recommended”

“We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time.”

“This is a very well furnished and maintained apartment and very convenient for seeing Lincoln: 5 minutes to main shopping area, 15 minutes up hill to Cathedral and castle. There are a number of good, cheap eateries 3 minutes away around Brayford Pool. Parking 5 minutes away at Brayford Wharf North (£12.50 for 24 hours, NPCC) or 7 minutes at Lucy Tower Street (£10 for 24 hours). “We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...
