“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“Stayed here a few years ago & loved the area. Staff & hotel location excellent, as was breakfast. It would have been a 5 star on all but the accessible bathroom was slippery. The shower was temperamental which made the whole bathroom floor wet & slippery. They provided a slip mat to stand on whilst showering but it still felt unsafe.Being an older hotel they had done their best upgrading but it still felt unsafe to us. ”
