“Our biggest problem was the room keys, the main reason we will not be back. Beyond difficult to use. Using keys for elevators and parking was problematic, but room locks were a nightmare. Discussed with other guests in hall. Everyone has a problem! Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Lack of privacy in the one window with the rigged A/C, but I assume this is only a temporary fix. Certainly wouldn't think you are done with this setup. A luggage rack would also be nice for short...

“Perfect little getaway - so many fun little things were supplied - fresh OJ and eggs for breakfast already in our frig upon arrival - that was a special touch we haven't experienced before. Great communication with hosts. Super easy check in, felt private despite multiple guest facilities. Would stay again for sure!”
