“It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

“I am happy with my stay. It is not a fancy place, but it has all the necessary basics. I am a female traveling solo and I felt safe walking to a small grocery store a few blocks away. Before bedtime, I could hear other tenants up and about within the building, but thankfully, everyone settled down and I was able to get a good night sleep.
