“From the moment we came we felt right at home! Such a comfortable place to stay! Every morning we were greeted by a beautiful bald eagle on the lake as well as the chitter chatter of birds. For those who have a hard time climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you. Bedrooms as well as bathrooms are not on the main level. No matter we would definitely want to stay again!”

“We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. Thank you Matt for being so helpful and accommodating. Everyone wants to rent it now😊”

“We had an awesome trip to Walnut Beach! The place was perfect - great location, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Close to a great coffee shop and a tremendous Lobster Roll at the Lazy Lobster! Evenings at the fire pit in the backyard was a perfect end to the day. We will be back. Thank you!!!”

“So the house is advertised as 4 bedroom but one of the rooms is an attic room with a trundle bed we didn’t really find suitable for any of our guests during the stay. Minimal furniture and some ant problems in the kitchen The in and out of the house was super nice plus the bathroom situation was great. Did the job sorta for what we needed (someone had to bring an air mattress though) but wouldn’t stay again”

“Very nice place, stay there for a couple of nights for a get together, plenty of room. Only problem was some of the cleaning supplies where locked away where we couldn’t access it so we had to bring a mop and other supplies.”

“Our five adult children, us and our basset hound had a fantastic time. Spent a lot of time in the pool. The kids loved kayaking, fishing and the stand up paddle boards. We played some pool, air hockey and put together some puzzles. The beds were comfy, the couch was cozy for family movie night and morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake was so calming. Amenities were close by and the pizza from Good Old Days was delicious. Would definitely recommend this stunning home.”

“Stayed at this home for a family wedding in the area and it was perfect. Bedrooms for each member, beautiful grounds, and a very unique homes with lots of interesting rooms. Very relaxing, and the home owners were very welcoming. Would highly recommend this property.”

“We chose this place due to proximity to our family. We spent time on the beach with our grandchildren and celebrated my daughters birthday with a barbecue. The property was quant, private, nicely appointed and perfect place for my wife and I to stay while visiting family nearby.”

“Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors.”
