“My stay was good only con was the parking. Parking was in the street and hope you come in early to get a space or you will park down the street… there is parking in the back for a fee which was not in the description of the property upon booking.”

“This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!”

“This property was very clean and spacious with many closets for storage. The beds were comfortable and there are separate heat pump units in each of the bedrooms and the main living area. There are many restaurants close by.It's on the third floor so there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.”

“My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place around New Haven.”
