“We were not allowed to enter our room, our host stated to me that he had not been payed for the room and would not give us the property key. We had to find a hotel, and the nearest was 50 minutes away from where we needed to be.”

“We had a great stay! The home was incredibly spacious, very clean, and perfectly located near everything we needed. The host was responsive when we had an accidental window break, they arranged a repair immediately (resulting in a fair 200 damage charge). My only minor critique is that the tub drain was clogged with hair when we arrived, which I cleared myself. I'd suggest the host double-check the plumbing between guests, but overall it was a wonderful experience.”
