“All your needs are met. It’s a convenient location for Old Orchard beach which is pretty.The bed is a little soft for me, and the pillows are a little hard, just personal likes. I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle. ”

“We had a wonderful time. The condo worked perfect for our entire family. It was on the beach close enough to everything we wanted to do. Matthew was very responsive to any comments or questions and made the trip enjoyable. ”

“We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. It was rather warm for the couple who stayed in there.”

“Pros: The room is nicely decorated and clean. I wouldn't call it an apartment but rather a studio with a bathroom. The keypad to enter was a little wonky but the owner was responsive and had it working on the second day. It's only a short walk to the beach.Cons: There are four recessed lights for entire main area and connected to one light switch. There were no lamps so the lights were either all on or all off. The bed is up against the wall. There is about 18-20 inches on the opposite wall....
