“Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend...

“It's a nice apartment, cheaply but competently renovated. There were cobwebs around when we arrived but otherwise it was clean. The beds are VERY nice, extremely comfortable which is so important. My biggest gripe, something not demonstrated in the listing, is the fact that the property directly borders an actve train teack, and when i say it's right outside I mean it is RIGHT outside. I was kept up the entire night one of the nights of our stay because of a pair of trains stopping and starting...

“Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. ”

“This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria.”

“The outside does not look very nice, but the inside does. The location was incredible. The bunkbeds however, did not work for us. They were way too noisy. You might want to bring coffee. We had to buy some because there was only a tiny amount there. There is no stove or oven FYI, that did not bother us at all other than that the kitchen is well stocked. ”
