“Great view and easy access to the beach. Great communication from the management company. Code emailed to check in at the door. Very clean with two way access to restrooms and washer dryer. ”

“Loved the location and how close to the beach it was. But it was not as clean as I was expecting. We had several bugs in the unit. Might want to exterminate. Pool and hot tub were not very clean but overall it was a good vacation for us. ”

“Pros: Location and view were great. Pools were nice. Condo was clean. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Cons: Condo needs a little TLC. Vertical blinds kept falling off when trying to open or close. Shower rod was barely holding on to rod holders. Baseboards were rotting & rusty (just needs a fresh coat of paint). King size bed was very hard/firm. I didn't mind because I have a bad back, but my wife couldn't sleep on it the entire time we were there, she slept on one of the bunk...

“Another wonderful week in Destin! We love this condo, it is the perfect size for our family of 4. We have been renting this condo for a few years now. The pool is steps away from the back porch, which the kids love. It is always spotless and has everything you could need. We look forward to our next stay at Rita’s place!”

“Wonderful beach front getaway. It is super conveniently located on the first floor. You can just walk out to a great non crowded part of Destin’s gorgeous beach. It is comfortably furnished and has a nice renovated kitchen. Property manager was quick to respond. Easy check-in and out. We have been vacationing in Destin for over 20 years and this was our favorite condo by far. We will be back!”

“Yes and yes. The location and closeness to the beach-right on the beach was amazing. We felt that there could have been a few general items, such as sugar, coffee, salt and pepper provided-just a few basics. Also beach towels. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Closeness to shopping and restaurants was also amazing. Could walk anywhere. Just a few more inside amenities offered to clients would have been appreciated. ”

“The condo description was accurate- it was beautiful! Our entire family, including our dogs, were very comfortable and entertained! It is a wonderful location close to so many restaurants, stores and shops. We had some unexpected COLD weather for spring break but, we had so much fun and we were very occupied. The gym, pickleball courts, heated pool and hot tub were utilized and enjoyed thoroughly. Great family place to stay!! ”
