“We had a wonderful time. It’s a great condo with comfy beds and everything you would need for a stay. Highly recommend! We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony enjoying the ocean views! ”

“The place is very nice and clean. I wish it was a little higher than the 2nd floor but it was OK. Good access to the beach. I would stay here again.”

“Property easy to find, parking was in front of unit and convenient for unloading and loading car. Unit was clean enough upon entering and nothing notable to report to the host.Some updates to the unit with flooring and cabinets were nice. New looking patio set.There is no sidewalk to get to scenic 98 where the bike/walking path are so there is some road walking/on the shoulder of a fairly busy road. Not something that this condo can do about but just something to note for accessibility.”

“Wonderful place with spectacular view. Would stay again if Vacasa isn’t involved. Check in experience was horrible. Argued with us about the Unti and code to get in. Two hour ordeal and 5 employees later we were able to get in. ”

“Our family of four, along with my in-laws, had a fantastic stay at this Miramar Beach condo! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We come to this area every year, and this condo is definitely one we’ll be booking again. Big thanks to Chris for being such a wonderful host!”

“We had an issue with the remote in the living room. Never could get it to work on Dish network. Remote seem to be broken or had a battery issue. The coffee pot seem to leak and wasn't cleaned underneath upon our arrival and the curtain rod in living room was bent. Notified management and sent pics. Overall the location and view were amazing.”
