“Beautiful, quiet and nicely furnished condo. This place was a great find! Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Nicely decorated, kitchen basics, comfortable furniture, big bedrooms and a great location. Patio was a peaceful way to enjoy coffee and book in the morning - it faces the nature preserve and has easy access to walking trails. Close to the pool as well. State park, restaurants and more within a short drive”

“I was very pleased with our stay! The casita waa clean, inviting, very private, and had everything we needed. The area was super quiet and was a nice little oasis in the heart of the city. The casita check-in instructions were very easy to follow. Most of all, it gelt secure. “This studio was perfectly set up for a solo few days in Tucson. I loved being just blocks from the streetcar into downtown and a delicious grocery/pizza spot. The hosts were very communicative. The laundry machines were brand new, and the bathroom and kitchen were stocked with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!”

“My son and I were in town to visit my older son for a few days. We loved everything about the house. It was small and had everything we needed. We were allowed to check in early due to our flight arriving late morning. We took advantage of the patio in the mornings for coffee and the evenings to wind down the day. The parking spot was a little tight getting into with other guests staying in the bigger house but overall it was not an issue. We will be staying again.”

“Central location near Catalinas and equidistant to two Saguaro N.P. Units. Good access to I-10 and great access to Downtown and 4th Avenue. Great communication with the owners. Our minor concerns were quickly addressed.”

“I will continue to try to book this property. The linens are high quality, shower is hot with great water product, personal care products are nice. The front courtyard with firepit is lovely. It is quiet and the hosts quickly respond to any texts. Parking is in the private courtyard right outside the front door. Lovely spot.”

“It was extremely confusing when we arrived. Another man arrived just before us. Eddie, a handyman, we assume, took time from what he was doing to help us all. He deserves a bonus. Once we got into our space there was no parking pass, Eddie gave us his. After that all went well. The location was great. ”

“Everything was as listed or better. Reviews talk about the road not being paved, take your time and you'll be fine, it's the desert. Fridge was smaller but big enough for 4 days of meals with a very large grocery store well within 5 minutes. There are a few houses around but the home is up high enough you can see over them and see the Catalina mountains. Go ahead and book it!There”

“Eduard is a liar and an unhelpful fraud. He changed his pet policy LESS THAN 24 HOURS prior to my arrival, after double-confirming that everything was fine at the time of booking. And then he refused to acknowledge the that he had changed the policy after booking, despite my showing screenshots of both the listing page and our DMs from the time of my booking. He did not take ANY responsibility, nor offer ANY help whatsoever in canceling or refunding the reservation. All of this for a one-night...
